Livin.Room app

Phoenix metro

Somewhere to go.
People to go with.

Livin.Room is a living room in your city. Everyone has somewhere to go out, almost nobody has somewhere to just be. Come in not knowing anyone, leave with a few people you actually keep seeing.

Anyone can meet once. We’re built for the second time.

Friends hanging out together at a LIVIN.ROOM gathering

You don’t get a match. You get a Room.

Most apps do one thing — a dinner, a match, a group chat. Livin.Room runs all three ways of hanging out in one place: one on one, small group, and gatherings of our own. You meet people, decide for yourself who you’d actually hang with, and make the plan together. Nobody assigns you a group.

Small enough to be missed.

Not a crowd. A handful of people who notice when you don’t come.

You choose, we don’t.

No algorithm sorting you into five strangers and booking a table.

Seats held for people who know nobody.

Every Room keeps some open. That’s a rule, not a nice idea.

Ways to hang

Hang, Room & Room Zero

One on one, small group, or one of ours. Three ways to hang out, under one roof.

Making a plan on LIVIN.ROOM

Hang

One on one. See who’s nearby, say I’d hang, and make the plan between the two of you. No group required.

Friends hanging out together

Room

A small group — usually four to eight — hosted by a member and built around something to actually do. Coffee, a walk, a market run. Seats stay open for people who know nobody.

Friends hanging out outdoors

Room Zero

Gatherings we run ourselves, or with a brand we like. Come alone — most people do.

The second time

You keep the people. You change the plan.

Meeting once is easy. Everything after that is where friendships are actually made — so that’s the part we built for. When the same people keep ending up in Rooms together, they become a group in the app, and the group is what lasts.

The group carries on.

Once you’ve hung out with people you like, you don’t have to start over to see them again.

The plan never repeats.

Next time is a different Room and a different thing to do. Same people, new plan — nobody gets bored of each other.

No streaks, no keeping up.

Nothing to maintain, no feed to perform on. You just show up again.

Somewhere to go. People to go with.

Everyone has somewhere to go out. Almost nobody has somewhere to just be. That’s what this is for. Explore who’s nearby, say I’d hang, make the plan, show up to a Room. Then do it again with the same people, until nobody has to ask. Friendship only. Live in the Phoenix metro.

FAQ

Questions, answered

No. Livin.Room is friendship only — platonic. I’d hang is a friend request, not a romantic like.
No — that’s the whole point. Every Room saves seats for people who don’t know anyone there yet.
A Hang is one on one — just you and one other person. A Room is a small group, about 4–8 people, hosted by a member and built around an activity. Room Zero is our own gatherings, run by us or with a partner.
Yes. We verify members with a selfie (never shown publicly) so the room is full of real people.
We’re live in the Phoenix metro. Anyone nearby looking for real friends is welcome.
Add your email up top and you’re in line for the app. If you’d rather meet people before then, sign up for the next gathering.
No. We don’t run an algorithm that assigns you five strangers and books a table. You meet people at a gathering or in Explore, you decide who you’d hang with, and you make the plan together. The group is yours.
Yes. Most people assume this is for people who just moved. It isn’t. Friend groups thin out — people have kids, move away, get busy — and starting over as an adult is hard no matter how long you’ve been here.
